Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping: Most orders will ship out the day after the order is placed. This can change depending on our work load and what day of the week and time the order comes in. Orders that come in Friday or over the weekend, will be shipped the following Monday, except when Monday is a national holiday.

Please keep in mind that we are a small company. This means that once your order is received, we typically start the fulfillment process immediately. Because of this, any changes must be received within an hour of receiving the order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped out, the delivery process you selected with your shipping options will begin.

After you place your order, you will receive a Shipping Notice with an estimate of delivery dates based on the availability of your items and your location. We ship using USPS First Class Package and Priority Mail, along with UPS Ground for large orders. Typically the delivery times are 2 to 4 days max.

International Shipping: We do offer international shipping outside of the United States. The shipping cost and service can be selected during checkout. We do not mark up the cost of international shipping and pass along the direct cost to you. The cost and timing are entirely dependent on the service selected and the speed the shipments clear customs.
