Description

Legend has it that coffee was first discovered in the 11th century by an Ethiopian goat herder who noticed the energy his flock had after chewing the berries of coffee plants. Goats and sheep were also responsible for "mowing" the first fairways of the links land in Scotland where golf was invented. Long story short, we owe a lot of our joy, and a lot of glory, to goats.

Our Goats & Glory coffee starts with single origin Ethiopian beans that are lightly roasted to a sharp, tangy quality, "winey" acidity, and a fragrant floral overtone.

Smooth coffee.. fast delivery

Light roast heavy on flavor

I'm newer to light roast coffee but I'm really digging how this is so smooth and has a ton of body and flavor. I don't know what I was expecting but I guess I thought light would be a little watery. Not the case. Great coffee.

Awesome tasting coffee. I’ve been looking for a great Ethiopian since it became unavailable in my area. This is it. It is creamy and light but also full of flavor.

My new weekly subscription

I recently switched my weekly subscription to the Ethiopian light roast. I'll keep this as my subscription for a while longer and will probably try the Costa Rican next. All coffees have been super so far.

Not light on taste

I like lighter coffees. Ashamed to say I usually drink Starbucks blonds. This coffee is light but has a great almost mocha flavor although I’m no expert. I will be serving this for friends at our cabin.

Smooth like a freshly rolled green

I make both hot coffee and iced coffee and this has been perfect for both. It's light but not watery. Lots of really good mocha flavor and super smooth.

Smoooooooth

This light roast is so smooth. There's a little crisp fruit, like lemon, I taste at first sip but the body is so balanced and smooth. This is a great coffee for our whole household. My wife usually waters down a cup in the morning, but she's drinking this with just a little milk. I drink this full strength since the smoothness and great taste makes it really flavorful. I'm rotating between the Ethiopian and the Breakfast Ball each morning. I may even try mixing those two beans together to see what that tastes like!
